Chapter 1

Enough is enough already… and it's time to expose the entire fraud Retromedia Entertainment and Fred Olen Ray have perpetrated, not only on myself but also on the legal system as a whole. It's time to stop with the rhetoric, lies and libelous statements and look at the facts. For some time now, I didn't think anybody cared who is bullshitting whom. And it really is not about me anymore: It's all about "justice" and how a Scheister lawyer and a thief like Fred Olen Ray can manipulate the law and the system with a clever fraud and theft scheme, making anyone believe that black is white and hoping that their lies will never be exposed.

It's time to publicly call the sleaze merchant on the carpet and expose the conspiracy to defraud in its entirety. It's bad enough that our justice system is full of holes and "Injustices". We don't need legal professionals like crooked lawyers and professional thieves to contribute to any existing justice system corruption. Most, if not all, people would like to believe that justice is blind… Read on. You can draw your own conclusions after reading the entire legal soap opera (or legal travesty) known as Rebane vs. Retromedia.

For those who have read the insults and untruths published by Retromedia's Fred Olen Ray, you may have noticed that Fred Olen Ray has from the beginning referred to this dispute with the legal heading of "Retromedia vs. Bill Rebane". How interesting, since there was never a legal action in existence under that heading.

As we will see with my publishing of a court order, dated Sept. 29, 04… read on… It clearly shows myself as the plaintiff and "them" as the defendants. That makes it "Rebane vs. Retromedia", not the other way around. It is interesting how one can change public perception with a little twist like this. At first sight, reading that little twist-around could make one believe that I was being sued, instead of the other way around.

Also, this court order is a simple dismissal without favoring either party, contrary to claims by Olen Ray… which means: Fred Olen Ray, you are a liar.

It gets better. Fred Olen Ray has and is claiming publicly that I licensed The Giant Spider Invasion to Retromedia and then double-sold it to BCI Eclipse. Thus far, however, the Thief has been unable to produce a contract for that bogus claim bearing my signature. Because there is none.

Irrespective of the latter, any and all agreements with Retromedia were terminated in writing in 2003 and 2004 respectively for co-mingling of funds, failure to furnish accounting, non-payment and selling my films illegally in foreign countries.

In short, Fred Olen Ray engaged in thievery, piracy and serious copyright infringements. Not to mention, committing fraud.

Court order of Sept. 29, 2004

It is estimated that the total gross, excluding piracy income which includes all foreign use in all media, is approximately 75 to 100 million dollars!
